For Sea Esta and Another Sea Esta, the weekly rate includes cleaning, security deposit insurance, linens, towels and the pet fee. Beds are made prior to arrival. The weekly rate does not include Lodging Tax (13%), Administrative Fee ($90), optional Trip Insurance (6½%), and optional pool heat ($450-650 per week).

The pool is open April 4^th, 2009 through October 24^th, 2009.

For Ski Esta, the weekly rate includes linens, towels and the pet fee. Beds are made prior to arrival. The rate does not include Maine Tax (7%), Administrative Fee ($95), the cleaning fee ($450/stay), security deposit ($1,000), and optional Trip Insurance.
